By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Chirp application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App and its services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at our discretion. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

App Usage Eligibility

You may use Chirp only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with all applicable usage rules. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use to assist with daily decision-making tasks as described in our service features.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any personal usage data associated with your activity
• Unauthorized commercial use, modification, or redistribution of the App is strictly prohibited

Service Description

Chirp provides decision-making assistance tools including 3D coin flip functionality, AI-powered analysis, custom option creation, and decision history tracking. All services are provided on an "as available" basis to enhance your daily decision-making experience.

The random generation and analysis features are designed for entertainment and assistance purposes only. Final decisions and their consequences remain your sole responsibility.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

When using Chirp, you agree to maintain respectful and appropriate usage behavior. You are solely responsible for all content you input into the App, including custom decision options and usage data.

• Do not input unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content into the App's input fields
• Do not attempt to disrupt the App's functionality, servers, or security systems
• Do not use automated tools or scripts to access or manipulate the App's services

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Chirp, including but not limited to the interface design, 3D coin flip mechanics, software code, visual elements, and service features, are the exclusive property of the App's developers.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without explicit written permission.

Data and Usage Tracking

Chirp automatically tracks and stores your decision history locally and in-app to provide core service functionality. We prioritize the protection of your usage data and implement standard security measures to safeguard stored information.

Your stored decision history is used solely to enhance your user experience and will not be misused or distributed without proper authorization.

Service Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without prior notice. This includes updates to functionality, interface design, and service capabilities to improve user experience.

While we strive to maintain consistent service availability, temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our direct control.

Limitation of Liability

The App and its developers are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from decisions made using the service. All recommendations, random selections, and analysis tools are provided as assistance features only.

You acknowledge that final choices and their outcomes are your independent decision and responsibility.

Termination of Usage

We may terminate or restrict your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for violations of this User Agreement. You may discontinue use of the App at any time by uninstalling the application and ceasing all access to its services.
